23 modern Ilokanas representing various towns and cities of the province were introduced during the Miss Ilocos Norte 2025 launch at the Ferdinand E. Marcos Stadium in Laoag City on April 12.

Featuring swimsuit and talent competitions in the preliminary round, the 11th edition of the pageant was judged by Charm Raquel, a rising Ilokana vlogger behind “Charmification TV”, Mr. SCUAA 1 Crismar Clemente, and Miss IN 2001 Mary Jane Pascual Leaño, in which the young ladies graced the stage in swimsuits inspired by the design motif of the upcoming 65th Palarong Pambansa which will be held in the province.

The talent competition then sets the stage for a different mood as the candidates display their skills in this segment, showcasing indigenous and modern dances, singing performances, and spoken poetry.

In his message, Honorable Jonathan Toralba, Provincial Board Member, emphasized the deeper meaning behind the pageant—the celebration of beauty, talent, vibrant spirit, and the strength of the Ilokana spirit.

“As they share a piece of their heart with us, let’s cheer for our remarkable contestants, as they take the stage, embodying grace and talent in all their forms,” Hon. Toralba added.

Continuing its legacy of empowering young Ilokanas and promoting local culture and identity, Miss Ilocos Norte 2025 will present the Terno and Inabel Fashion Show on April 23, and Active Wear and Municipal Costume show on April 25, leading up to the coronation night on April 30, 2025.
